Terms of Service

1. Our Service

We provide shared, round-trip casino transportation between a designated pickup location in Jacksonville, Florida and the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa, Florida. This is a rideshare service in which multiple passengers may travel together. Schedules, routes, and availability are determined by us and may change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID upon boarding. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid identification or who does not meet our eligibility or conduct requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made through our website by selecting a trip date and the number of seats you wish to reserve. A single booking may reserve multiple seats in one transaction, up to the daily capacity that remains available. The flat round-trip fare for the selected day is displayed before checkout and is multiplied by the number of seats; full payment for all seats is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payments are processed securely by Square; your reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully completed. Fares vary by day of the week and are shown at the time of booking.

Before checkout you must affirmatively agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy by checking the acknowledgment box in the booking form. Completing payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms.

Shared casino rides are limited to 20 riders per day. Seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and once a day’s capacity is reached no further seats are available for that date. Shared rides do not operate on the third Wednesday of each month; these dates cannot be booked online. Private rides are not booked online and are arranged separately by phone or email (see Section 4).

4. Private Rides

Private and special-event trips are not available through online checkout. To arrange a private ride, contact us directly by phone at 904-520-2619 or by email at fldeliteservices.info@gmail.com. Private bookings are confirmed and priced separately and are subject to availability.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed trips, late arrivals, or no-shows. Please be certain of your travel date before completing payment.

6. Arrival, Boarding, and No-Show Policy

• All passengers must be at the designated pickup location no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
• A 15-minute grace period is observed at the time of scheduled departure. Any passenger not present at that time will be designated a “no show,” the vehicle will depart without them, and no refund will be provided.

7. Personal Property

All personal property must be removed from the vehicle upon arrival at your destination. Florida Dedicated Elite Transportation Services LLC assumes no responsibility for any lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.

8. Shared Ride and Health Acknowledgment

Because this is a shared rideshare service, you will travel alongside other passengers. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of shared travel. Florida Dedicated Elite Transportation Services LLC is not liable for any illness, injury, or adverse health effects arising from sharing transportation with other passengers. We comply with all current applicable COVID-19 and public-health guidelines.

9. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. We may refuse or discontinue service, without refund, to any passenger who is intoxicated to the point of impairment, disruptive, threatening, or otherwise endangering the safety or comfort of the driver or other passengers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Dedicated Elite Transportation Services LLC, its owners, employees, and drivers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a trip shall not exceed the amount you paid for that trip. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Dedicated Elite Transportation Services LLC and its representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

13. Returning Rider Reward

As a thank-you to our regular riders, you may earn one free ride by completing six (6) paid round-trip rides within a single calendar month. The earned free ride is redeemable only on a ride scheduled Sunday through Thursday and must be claimed on a future booking. Enrollment and ride tracking are arranged directly with us by phone or email; we do not maintain an online rider account. The reward has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and is subject to availability. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
